We also have a small, longlasting metal sign for sale, to attach to your letterbox, certifying that your backyard, balcony, patio, or rooftop garden is a registered Wildlife Habitat accredited by the Wildlife Protection Association of Australia Inc. There is a requirement that you don’t use chemical fertilisers or pest control chemicals. If you have a cat, it must never be allowed outside. The Australian Backyard Wildlife Habitat Registry is just a list of those who purchase a Certificate certifying that their backyard/balcolony is a Certified Wildlife Habitat. The list is totally private and confidential, is never released to anyone, and just allows us to determine how many certified habitats there are in Australia. Nor will we hastle you with emails.
